Perfect Active Morning
The best summer running attire for this 22-week preggo lady?
Shorter-than-short shorts.
A belly-tight tank.
Sunglasses.
Absolutely no shoes.

Another essential: Hydration backpack (here's the one I use). Filled to the brim with a mix of coconut water and tap water (half and half).
Lots of ice to ward off heat.

The workout: 5 barefoot beach miles -- with a quick potty break around mile 3 -- right where the water meets the sand. Sun and breeze in perfect balance.
Pace is of no consequence. But probably somewhere around 10 min miles.

Follow up: A bit of light upper-body work and some yoga-esque stretching/balance at the Atilis Gym. Get lots of strange looks from beefy guys -- their veins bulging out of their necks as they lift too-heavy weights -- who color the Jersey shore with its world-known wild hue.
Breakfast: Finish-It-Up Smoothie. Wheat wrap with over-hard egg, cheese, and salsa.
Yum.
